Students who have recently graduated or are about to graduate can apply.
Academicians and researchers are both eligible.
You cannot apply if you are Turkiye national.
You cannot apply for the Turkiye government scholarships if you are already enrolled at Turkish University programs.
Undergraduate students must be under 21 years old.
Graduate students must be under 30 years old.
