Senior Assistants
BA/BSc/Equivalent Qualifications
You must be computer-literate
6 Months IT Training Course after Selection
Data Entry Operator:
Bachelor’s Degree
One-Year Computer/IT Diploma
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer programs is a must.
Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
Multitasking ability
Communication skills that are both verbal and written are essential
You can work comfortably on your own with minimal supervision
Transfer data from paper to digital format using skills
Ability to type Urdu Language
Ability to use the Internet & Email
Antivirus can be used to protect any remaining data
Sub Assistant:
Minimum 30wpm typing speed and computer literacy required for Matriculation.
After selection, three weeks of basic IT training course by NITB are mandatory.
Junior Assistants
FA/FSc and Equivalent Qualifications
Candidats must be computer-literate
Chowkidar and Naib Qasid jobs are open to primary pass students. Each job advertisement will detail the age limit.

You can forward your applications on the Form available in the vacancy notice.
Applications should reach Post Box No. 26, GPO, Lahore.
The deadline to submit applications through postal services is 30 days after the date of appearance of this notice in the newspaper.
General age relaxation will be provided as per Federal Govt Rules.
The applicants who have already applied for the post of Senior Personal Assistant are required to use afresh for the said post.
The number of vacancies being announced is subject to any subsequent increase or decrease.
Selected employees may be posted anywhere in Punjab.
An attested copy of CNIC must be attached to the application form.
Copies of certificates/degrees may not be attached to the application.
The applicants applying for the Data Entry Operator post must attach copies of their Computer/IT Diploma with the application form.
